Myntra.com - Account blocked by the company

Myntra had kept my money pending for a year and after sending several emails to top management and after begging several times my refund was cleared that too for the products which were already returned soon after delivery.
After the refund, I never did any shopping.
Suddenly I noticed that mine and my sister account is being blocked by Myntra and they never discuss anything about it nor intimated me about that.
Shopping on Myntra has turned out to my nightmare for many there obnoxious customer care makes things even worse, as complained by many customers even my account has been blocked without any notification or reasons. I have purchased many things from Myntra but I guess Myntra doesn’t give a damn about it. I request concern authorities to ask them to unblock my account.
