This is to bring to your notice an extremely harsh experience with Oyo rooms at Manali which I had to suffer through. I had booked a * BHK Oyo Home ***** under Booking ID: ACTL****(in name of Eshaan Gupta) for * May to ** May. However, to my surprise, the booked cottage was closed due to maintenance when I turned up on *th May. Keep in mind I had made the full prepayment of my booking, I was stranded outside the place for * hours at a stretch without any concern. Upon contacting your team Mr Pankaj, the OYO captain, he was ridiculous enough to keep redirecting me from one department to other. Finally, after reaching out to Mr Suryamani, Oyo Operations Head for Himachal Pradesh, Mr Pankaj himself turned up only to inform that I will have to shift my booking to some other place. I had to spend *-* hours extra from my tour schedule to get things fixed in place. This not only delayed my entire trip schedule but also lead to incurring of extra charges including Taxi Parking fees as well as Relocation charges by Taxi Driver. The new accommodation did not have a parking facility which was promised with my earlier booked place and hence I had to incur excessive charges for my Taxi Parking every day for * days of my stay. This was absolutely a shocking and disastrous experience with reputed MNC like OYO. I sincerely demand action against those concerned and complete compensation for my extra losses incurred due to the faults on your part.
