I have ordered for Paytm fastag on Paytm mall website. After the purchase, they have told I will receive a link to upload documents which I never received. I have waited for almost seven days after that, I have called customer care. They have mailed me a link which also didn't work. Then they have provided email id to send the documents. After sending document they are no response from them. They have told it will deliver on time. Until now I didn't receive anything. When I have called today they told to wait for three more days. I am just wondering how long will they take process one simple order. I have lost trust in Paytm.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
