I booked a ticket to my aunt on */*/**** to travel from hyderabad to iad using credit card. I canceled the ticket within ** hours on */*/****. ticket number is *************. Ethiad agent confirmed that refund was sent to paytm as per their c** policy which will be attached here. Paytm never credited refund to my credit card and therefore I lost **,***.**. I called paytm and communicated with them many times but they said airlines did not give refund which is untrue. Please help.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
