I booked a bus ticket which got cancelled by the bus operator. As per paytm faq and logically the whole ticket amount must be refunded since the bus operator cancelled the trip. I also have written emails from the bus operator stating that the ticket is eligible for full refund from paytm side. However paytm is denying refund of any sort.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
