MakeMyTrip issued us wrong tickets for international travel after taking full payment. On returning back, airlines not found child name in their system. On complaining about long they issued stand by invalid boarding pass without seat no. for the child for which child of age * not allowed to board the plane. On communication with MakeMyTrip, they have agreed of their big mistake of issuing wrong tickets but says that they can refund if airlines refund them.
We have to purchase all new fresh tickets worth Rs.****** for next day flight as MakeMyTrip is giving us tickets after ** days and we do not have visas to stay back for ** long days at the airport.
