I ordered a flared pant. Just a moment after its delivery i checked it and found that it was a used one with stains and foul smell was coming from it. I immediately requested for return that product is the damaged one (as they have limited options for returning). Then very next day the pickup boy came and spotted those stains and told me that he could not take it back and insisted me to rerequest the return mentioning that it is stained. I did so. However the next day myntra costumer care sent me through mail that there investigation is completed and from there end they sent a good product now they cannot return it or exchange it...
And thus the pickup boy denies to come pick up.
I then again filed the issue in costumer care again the same mail i received.
Now today again i wrote to customer care, he is simply buying my time and later they will again send me that mail.
What should i do. Thou the amount of my transaction may seem less but
Being a student it really really matters for me.
Please do help sir.
