My order ID is *********************. I ordered a jeans from myntra on ** October and it was delivered on ** October. I was not at my home so I couldn’t see what I got. Then I saw the jeans and the quality was not at all good. It was also cropped in length and the jeans shown there was of regular length. Colour also looked different and it didn’t even fit me at all. I placed a return request on ** October. The boy came and picked up the jeans next day. He also checked the tags were intact and everything was good. They put my return on hold the same day saying it failed the quality test. Then they rejected the return and reshipped the jeans ** October. I contacted their help centre several times but got no help. I then placed a return request again on ** November. They picked up the jeans and put it on hold the same day saying it failed the quality test again. This is very frustrating and disappointing. I want my money back.
