- Service issue Vodafone Idea Open
Hello Sir/Madam Good Day, My name is Deepak Prajapati. I am an Ideal cellular Sim Card user. I am using their services for more than ** years now. I am complaining about their poor network coverage in my area. Every time I speak to their care center they pretend to say, they are repairing some faults or doing some technical work in my area. Almost every day I have to run In and Out of my house to get the network to use internet services. Their services are interrupting my work, online studies and entertainment. They do not give me any waiver or compensation for the issues created by them. A Few days ago they promised to extend my services due to issues caused, but they did not do it. I wish if you can connect me with Ideal Cellular officials so that I can ask how they are going to improve it, because we can't go like this with them. I also ask the company to fulfill the damages caused by their poor services with one year recharge refund in addition to Rs. **,*** and assurance for uninterrupted services in my area.
