Voda Idea - Not able to make calls since activation of sim phone no

I am unable to make / receive phone calls through mobile no ********** since activation the sim is of vodaphone idea. Till date I have not made a singal call or received a singhal call through this no. Activation was done at VI STORE ONLY. Many complaints have been made to VI store and costomer complaints regarding the issue on network not available, no response. Withhold the bill for payment with the request to arrange / provide network in the area and then bill will be paid. I do not want to continue with this fraud co. But they want to extract money for three months bill and not letting me port this no. To other co. VI has put me under a trap of three months to me and wants to extract three months payment just for free without giving the services. Pl. Look into this how I can be taken out of trap and save the three months hard earned amount. For which they r harrasing me .
