Voda Idea - Excess Billing and not acknowledging payment

After porting VI *** extra. When I received the bill I used the UPI code mentioned in the bill and made the payment.
This UPI has been shared with VI callers. Dilip Contact No – **********. .VI had asked me to contact him.
I have sent e-mails to Vikram.RajuR@vodafoneidea.com, Shahsana.S**@vodafoneidea.com. Also shared it with caller from VI
The same attached payment has been shared with yourself and two more of your colleagues.
