2. Contact Nodal Officer

Apart from raising your concern at their customer care number, every ISP has a grievance department headed by Nodal officer as directed by the law. You can even file a complaint there or mail them at the ID given. Most of the issues get resolved at this stage.

3. Send a Legal Notice

However, if you complaint is still being ignored, then the next best option would be to engage a lawyer and send a Legal Notice to ISP without wasting anytime.
