Vanshika Kriplani filed complaint against Zudio on May 12, 2025
I wanted an exchange but since the size was not available they have me credit note. * weeks later when I went to zudio to buy something from that credit note after standing in the long billing queue they said that the credit note has already been redeemed while I am sure I haven't redeemed it at any cost, since I haven't visited zudio after getting the credit note.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
