Zudio - Credit note lost and now amount cannot be redeemed

So I purchased few clothes from zudio for dad and there was an issue with size so I went to exchange but in this process I had the amount of *** rupees remaining that was supposed to be refunded to me but they issued a credit note instead, I accepted it but I have lost the note due to shifting of my places and now at store I'm not able to use my own money.
