Zudio - Negligence from staff CHITTOOR Zudio

I was waiting for the past one hour. Zudio had informed me that the store would open by ** AM. However, I noticed that they were allowing some of their personal contacts inside before that time. When I asked why some people were being allowed in while others were not, I received vague and negligent responses.

I'm very disappointed with this experience. Moreover, I have been a regular customer for the past five years, and this is the first time I’ve faced such an issue.
