I bought a jeans in August **** and returned it next day due to Size issue. They gave me a credit note of Rs*** as the jeans of my size was not available. I clicked the image of that credit note instantly as I was aware that Slip doesn’t stay safe for longer period and the same thing happened I lost it with few days. When I went to Zudio the staff was really giving me annoying reply and refused to provide me a product on the basis of Credit Note image which I have with me.
I told them that there are numbers mentioned on it which they can check on their system to validate also I’ve my sign date and mobile number written on it for verification purpose. Still they refused it and told me if it is lost than we can’t do anything :( They themselves provide a E-bill and not considering the E Credit Note.
So I want my credit note or money back from Zudio I’m really fedup of them.
