Zoomcar India Private Limited - Zoomcar refund not processed

I had booked a car rental for travel in the month of Sep '** through zoomcar. Trip ended on **th Sep and refund of INR **** against that booking is still pending beyond ** days. As per the policy of zoomcar i should have received the refund by **th Oct. Only customers who have a live booking can get through their customer care else everyone else is left to put up posts on social media. And even there zoomcar isn't giving any clarity with vague responses such as "we will process your refund soon"
