My personal car was put on Zoomcar for rental. During rental period one guest made an accident with the car in December **** and since that it is not repaired.
Any accident expense during rental period is supposed to covered by Zoomcar.
Zoomcar charged the insurance from the guest but haven't repaired by car till date and no response from their support team.
I would like to file a case against them and ask for compensation and car to be repaired with full approved settlement on urgent basis.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
