This mail is regarding a cheating happening from Zoomcar. I had attached my personal car KA**N**** KWID to Zoomcar for side income. Last year in July ****, it met with a major accident from the Zoomcar host. Later the car was towed to the Zoomcar attached garage in ElShaddai near Horamavu. My car has been getting rusty in rain and heat for * year.
But the garage and Zoomcar decided this was a total loss. Also they agreed to pay the loss amount with a signed agreement. But till now i didn't receive any amount from them. They are just giving fake promises. This is happening to many customers.
