I have a pending refund from Zoomcar since **th May, ****. I have tried to reach them multiple times since then and initially they would say it would process after the lockdown. But now its going to be a year another * months and i just cannot contact them. Their help lines are non operational and multiple emails sent to them have not been replied to.
Apart from a screenshot from their app and a bank statement showing that i have paid the amount from my account i do not have any other evidence.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
