Zoomcar India Private Limited - Zoomcar fraudulent host listing

I had made a car booking from zoomcar application from the registered same email id and mobile number-**********. This was for ** hours and a total amount of **** rs + ****rs refundable security.

The host has called from this number - **********. The driver number provided by host was - **********.

The host had asked me to pay **** rs as a security for fuel in his vehicle. I negotiated on the same and then he asked me to pay **** rs. He shared a scanner and I paid on it. The scanner is attached to this mail.

After this he said that the payment is not received at his end and it is failed. He asked me the same amount again stating that I will get my money credited back to my account.

The booking was scheduled for * pm today outside PNB corporate office. I had called him at ***Pm asking whereabouts of the vehicle to which he said that vehicle will come by * o clock. He took the amount at around * pm. Utr number and screenshot can be seen in the screenshot.

I immediately raised a complaint on *** number with police on this and gave the vehicle number also to the police.

Please check at your end why are you allowing such fraudulent hosts on your app.
Secondly who initiated the cancellation of the booking??? I never did so because I knew that my money will be wasted in such a case.
Also get my full amount refunded (the base amount ****+ **** refundable security)

The **** rs I paid to the host needs to be tackled by the police case. I will follow up on that separately.

The person on customer care is not ready to listen my case. He mentioned i was the one who cancelled the booking. Why would I cancel the booking. I was waiting there till * for the car.
