Dear Team
I had place an order thru Zomato App with La Pinoz Pizza on * th August **** and received totally spilled and wet order by your delivery executive .
This was due to improper handling of food items by the executive as he had mishandled the pizza by keeping them upside down and also not taking proper precautionary measures to prevent the order to get wet .
Request you to kindly do needful on urgent basis as i had filled a complaint form for same on App and have not received any revert on same .
Also your chat support executive are pathetic as they are not responding properly. Kindly find photos in attachment and order and contact details below .
