I was trying to make a grocery order on zomato's app on **th Feb. After making the payment online. The order did not go through but the amount was deducted from my source which was Paytm. The second time, I used a credit card and again the same thing happened. So I was charged twice for Rs **** without the order going through.
I reached out to their customer care immediately, who said that it will take *-* days to get the but I didnt get the refund even after * days. I again reached out and again got a *-* days assurance. And again no refund.
It has now been more than ** days and everytime I get a new assurance without any refund. They are not even offering any escalation to help me resolve the issue and are making me beg for my money every * days.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
