Aman Agarwal filed complaint against Zomato on Jan 3, 2020
I was charged with zomato gold membership due to their stupid app interface with just doesn't work properly and the moment it happened "accidently", I informed customer chat support, now they don't help ever.
I have been sending emails to zomato email support since **th December **** and I haven't received any "sophisticated" response yet.
This is how their support works.
