I ordered two food on **th June ****. But I received item missing with the food product. Zomato told me to refund Rs *** but since then they told me every day that "at days end you will get your money". They told me two times means for two days they harassing me with mentally and physically but I didn't receive a single penny. So now I demand Rs *** from Zomato for this harassment. Even they don't accept this with a brave heart. So it's embarrassing and frustrating for me and in this regard, I want your full support and help. I am attaching the frustrating discussion between Zomato and me. You see and understand that they have done it for the last two days and it's pure harassment.
It's my humble request that please take strict action against Zomato. So they will not do about this kind of incident with others.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
