I have ordered food from Zomato with an offer of extra payment ** for one month validity four orders free delivery.assured and promised
The next day when i ordered food they charged again for delivery.and i keep on tryed other orders it's showing delivery charges.so i contacted customer care service and had horrible experience with them. They didn't even try to understand my problem but wasting my time by keeping passing the chat to next one when their time is ove. i almost chated them one after another they didn't help me to resolve issue other waste talks . I am working professional i have value for each and every Paisa and time.. really tortureed bad experience and my money was lost. Stil the delivery charge is showing.
Zomato have cheated me many time but i apologized even after if they didn't pay attention but now i can't tolerate anymore atleast chat me properly and should have refunded me that money instead they talking like their part is right gone. ..... really lodging this complain came out emotion n feeeling voxya please help me.
