I ordered my meal on *th December, **** from Zomato. There was cashback through Paytm, thats why I ordered it from Zomato. But I still didn't receive any cashback in my Paytm wallet. I frequently asked Zomato what is the reason, they didn't give my cashback. But the always said that you have to wait **-** hours and we solve the problem. Today **th December, **** still I didn't receive any cashback. This is totally mental harassment and embarrassing too.
Please look into this matter.
