Ullash Khare filed complaint against Zomato on May 25, 2025
I ordered * Golden Spoon Vanilla, * Mango and * Choco Brownie Fudge from Zomato but they delivered * Tuti Fruti, * Golden Spoon Mithai Magic and * Choco Brownie Fudge.
Instead of Vanilla and Mango they sent Mithai Magic and Tuti Fruti, I have tried these flavours and know that these are some worst flavours from Kwality Walls so I don't want this, I want either my actual order or Refund amount because I didn't got what I actually ordered and they created the bill for that only.
I complained about this to zomato, they are saying we are flagging this and that's it, they are not refunding my money even though I gave them the photo of Bill as well as what I got as a proof.
Request your help in this, this is the third time Zomato did this to me in last * month, this is happening with many people that they are sending wrong items and since they are sending something that's why they are not refunding the money, this is a huge Scam which Zomato is running.
Help me get my refund please.
