Zomato - ZOMATO DELIVERED NONVEGETARIAN FOOD INSTEAD OF VEGETARIAN

Hello everyone, I ordered * veg rolls from zomato with order id: **********(copy attached), however it was very shocking that the very first roll I unpacked was chicken that too I found after having first bite. It really impacted me a lot, it not only hit my religional sentiments but also impact the inner soul. I must tell you that I belong to a Hindu Brahmin family where my parents didn’t even allow onion and garlic at home, It was really really disappointing that due to carelessness of some other person I have to suffer. I am not going to accept it anyway. I consider it no less than a crime and hence want these people to be accountable to the legal system and face the appropriate repercussions.

I am attaching the photos and video of the above mentioned incident for the future reference.

I would like to request you to consider this as a complaint against both, the zomato and the restaurant(** Chowringhee Lane, A*** Ground Floor, Kalkaji, New Delhi)
