I had ***zcoins in my zivame account which I had received as a refund when I had returned one of my earlier purchases. Today, I tried to make a purchase in zivame, but unfortunately I had to cancel transaction as one of the products was out of stock. Now I see that the zcoins balance has become zero.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
