Zivame - Zivame z coins disappeared

I had *** z coins from Zivame. I was placing an order and then for some reason it took me back to order page when I was trying to do payment. My z coins were gone now. I tried to logout and login and now my z coins balance shows as *. My email is associated is jyotshnadas***@gmail.com. How can I get my Zcoins back
