The zivame has sent courier person to pick up cancelled order which was not even delivered to me.
When asked the courier person whether he came to pick ajio parcel, he told yes and took the parcel with him.
Now we found zivame has sent person wrongly .
When contacted zivame they are mentioning that they will trash non zivame products and they don't have contact number of thier courier partner.
I need my ajio parcel back which has been picked wrongly by thier courier partner.
I have number of the courier partner who picked the parcel *** **** ****.
I was unable to call back to the number and there was no proper customer number maintained for zivame courier partner ( shadowfax).
Zivame customer care responds with irrelevant answers and mentions they can't return the product as they will trash all non zivame items.
I need my parcel back else, I need refund for the products
