I have self shipped a few items to Zivame (order no *********) on Dec **th, ****. So far they have not issued the refund. The customer care is a waste They give a timeline of *-* working days every single time. I have got a mail confirmation that they have received my package , yet they are sitting on my refund since * months
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
