I had recieved a refund of *** zcoins from zivame for my earlier purchases. Today i was trying to purchase using those zcoins I was on the transaction page and i noticed that my zcoins have disappeared i dnt know wht happened but im sure the order wasn't confirmed . After * hrs i get a notification from the company that order payment is failed so try to switch to cod method through a reference link. I tried the link but it was also of no use So now i have no zcoins nor my order is placed
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
