Zivame - Zcoins disappeared

I was assigned *** zcoins after my first purchase with Ziwame. Today I was looking to place another order. I appled my zcoins and went to the payment but for some reason the transaction failed and I was redirected to the order screen. I checked the coins and they were GONE. Is there any way I can get my ***zcoins since the payment didn’t go thru. I got the coins as my first order and I think it’s unfair to me as a customer if I cannot make any use out of it.
