I have ordered some products but i was not delivered so the amount was credited to my Zivame Wallet . and today I decided to use those coins but the transaction was failed and suddenly after that my coins balance was showing nil. Even though the order was not placed Using the Zcoins. Please look into this and try tosolve as soon as possible.
