After over a month of pursuing Yatra for Refund through numerous emails and complaints on Voxya and National Consumer Helpline, Yatra had informed me that it has initiated refund and the same will reflect on my bank account within *-* working days. As was expected from a sham company such as Yatra, there was no refund after the said period. Mr Dhruv Shringi, along with his cohorts must face consequences for running a sham online tourism platform. I hope the Indian people will reject Yatra and report all its fraudulent activities.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
