Yatra - Yatra Providing providing incorrect RRN for flight cancellation refund

On writing email to yatra for flight cancellation refund, I received an email for refund initiated on **th February for Yatra reference number *************. It has been over ** days and refund is received yet in my bank account. Yatra shared me incorrect RRN number of ** digit twice stating that the RRN is correct only, When I checked with my bank they told me it is incorrect RRN number, it is supposed to be ** digit as transaction was done through UPI. For such transection RRN number must be of ** digits only.
