I have booked hotel from Yatra and cancelled it immediately due to some personal reason. My bookings come under ***% free cancellation.
Still Yatra haas not refunded my booking amount and give excused like there is a technical glitch it will take longer , they also have no customer care number and only email Id is provided.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
