I attempted to book a ticket from Ahmedabad to Pune through the Yatra website. During the booking process, a payment of ₹*,*** was successfully debited from my bank account via Google Pay (HDFC Bank). However, the booking session expired and I did not receive any ticket confirmation or booking details.
After the payment, I tried to retrieve the booking and contact customer support, but the system repeatedly shows that my mobile number is not registered, even though I have registered again using the same number. Because of this, I am unable to access any booking information or confirm the status of my ticket.
Despite the payment being completed, I have not received the ticket or any confirmation. I request Yatra to check the transaction and either provide the booking details or process a refund.
Payment was made under the name Nimay Shah. UPI Transaction ID: ************.
