At the time of booking, the platform clearly displayed fees and surcharges of ₹*,***. However, when I proceeded to the payment stage, the payable amount suddenly changed to ₹**,***, which was deducted without any clear explanation, confirmation, or prior intimation. This is highly unacceptable and misleading.
I immediately contacted Yatra customer care, where I was advised to send an email for resolution. It has now been more than ** hours, and I have received no clarification, update, or acknowledgment from your team. This lack of response is extremely disappointing.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
