Hi, I booked ticket from Bangalore to mumbai, my money was deducted and I got an email saying payment processed and seats confirmation is pending and then I got a call saying there has been fare rise and ill have to pay the difference if I want to continue with the booking. I said no, they said they will give a full refund after the call but I haven't received a msg/call since then. I tried emailing, reaching on the helpline number but no response.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
