My flight from Kochin to Kolkata on the **th March **** was cancelled by Indigo Airlines. I have contacted Indigo airlines and they confirmed me that my amount has been refunded by the airline and I have not yet received the amount from YATRA even after several complaints. IT HAS BEEN ** DAYS SINCE THE FLIGHT AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE AMOUNT.They have generated * reference ids but still the amount has not been refunded.Booking reference id-*************
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
