Yatra - Yatra com flight refund delay after airline confirmation of refund

I am filing this complaint regarding the non-receipt of my refund for a SpiceJet flight (PNR: ZJNINX), which was delayed by more than * hours. As per DGCA guidelines, passengers are entitled to a full refund in case of delays exceeding * hours if they choose not to travel. In my case, I opted for the refund, and the airline has already confirmed that the refund has been processed from their end.

However, despite multiple follow-ups over the past three months, I have not received the refund from Yatra, the platform through which I made the booking. I have contacted their support team several times via email and calls, but I continue to receive only automated responses stating that the issue will be reviewed within **–** hours, with no actual resolution.

In one instance, I was assured that the refund would be processed within a few days, but even after waiting beyond the promised timeline, there has been no update or action. Subsequent follow-ups have again resulted in repetitive system-generated replies, indicating a lack of proper customer support and accountability.

This ongoing delay has caused significant inconvenience and has wasted a considerable amount of my time and effort. I request:

- Immediate processing of my full refund
- A clear explanation for the delay
- Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further through appropriate consumer grievance channels.

I seek urgent intervention and resolution.
