Hi,
I am registering this complaint second time.
It has been ** days since I cancelled my hotel booking from yatra.
Every time they ask me to wait for * days and still there is no refund after so many mails, I have written to them, there is only one answer, wait for * days, we have initiated your refund.
I feel really helpless here since there is no number when I can reach them and it seems I have lose my money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
