I booked a flight from Ahmedabad, India to Halifax, Canada which I need to cancel because of traveling restrictions posed by Canadian government over COVID-**. Yatra.com is not responding to any mails and they have stopped all their phone lines. I have been sending them mails daily and now even their inbox is full which means they have abandoned their support altogether. I need full refund for this from this fraud company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
