PRANATI CHATTERJEE filed complaint against Yatra on Jun 13, 2025
I have booked a flight in Yatra for my family which cost me Rs. *****. I have cancelled the flight almost three months before and Yatra refunded Rs ***. The flight was from Akasa Air. The website from Akasa Air shows that they have refunded Rs ****. So this case by refunding Rs *** and taking the rest in their account they are doing inappropriate this. Please investigate. I am attaching the proofs.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
