As per my last complain yatra send an email that the cancelled flight cost is held for future booking. I am trying to again reach yatra from last * days to use the funds for my parents travelling from Patna to Chennai on **th or **th of September. Unfortunately Yatra again is not responding to my mails. I am assuming just to avoid any issue they have send an email that the funds are reserved as credit but when approached them use those funds, they are showing least interest. Booking email send twice is attached below

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
