Sahil filed complaint against Airtel on Aug 8, 2020
I had made a recharge for airtel xtreme fibre on *th august for *** through airtel thanks app using airtel money and upi as payment method. But airtel has suspended my fibre broadband stating non payment of bill. When i called Customer care they said they have not received any payment even though i shared the transaction details of the payment made
Please help me
