I am writing to raise a grievance regarding the lack of resolution for my damaged (Scratch on Volume up button ) Xiaomi ** . It has been ** days since I reported the issue and submitted the device for inspection/replacement to Service center , yet I have not received any update or solution.


Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no communication from there end regarding the status of the replacement or Return . This delay is causing significant inconvenience, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and support. Fo being a Premium Customer for * year , now iam without phone
